Description

To prepare for a reading endorsement or to understand more about literacy research, participants will engage in readings and workshops that address qualitative and quantitative research regarding the development of best instructional practices for literacy instruction. In addition, the course will explore the research base for accommodating the developmental, cultural, and linguistic differences of learners. Course credits contribute to minimum coursework expectations for a teaching endorsement in reading.
