Description

Workplaces of the 21st century require managers and leaders to understand and apply psychology to increase individual, teams, and organizational effectiveness.  Today’s workplace is multicultural, multigenerational, and technological.  Economic factors drive continuous downsizing, restructuring, and reorganizing that have significant psychological impact on employees and organizations.  Understanding and influencing human behaviors, perceptions, motivations, and interactions in groups in times of continuous change will provide companies with a competitive advantage.  This course helps students understand and apply psychology to create a more productive and healthy workplace.
