Description

The class will entail an overview of contracts, employer liability, intellectual property, antitrust, and benefits. The course will incorporate real-world business scenarios, and students will learn how to apply legal principles to those situations. Students will learn how to create a business and learn how to navigate prevalent legal issues. The class will include a guest speaker from the business community.
