We are leading and managing in times of complexity, ambiguity, and change that require a new and more integrated approach to management development.  This course is part of a year-long sequence of courses focusing on leadership, human capital, and organizational management.  Designed to help students gain fundamental knowledge and competencies to create sustainable organizations, this course will lead students through an investigation of leadership concepts and practices using a simulation, including real life and interactive scenarios, virtual role plays, cases, class and group activities and discussions.
