2007-08 Information Packet and Application for Graduate Financial Aid and Scholarships: PDF | Word
This packet describes financial aid opportunities for the 2007-08 academic year. The programs make a strong effort to award aid to as many students as possible.

To be considered for all federal student loans, need-based scholarships, tuition waivers and most other financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the appropriate academic year and submit it to the federal processing center. Get a printed copy from the Financial Aid Office and return it by mail, or apply online at FAFSA.

The Evergreen Financial Aid Data Sheet is available from the Financial Aid Office. (Financial Aid Forms)

Priority consideration will be given to graduate financial aid applications completed by March 15 for MES students and by May 1 for MIT and MPA (MIT and MPA applicants for the Evergreen Alumni Association Graduate Scholarship must apply by April 16).

This means that the FAFSA must be submitted in time to be processed and the Student Aid Report received by the Financial Aid Office (see the FAFSA instructions for information on processing time); the Evergreen Financial Aid Data Sheet must be on file in our Financial Aid Office; and Application Form for Financial Aid for Graduate Students, and all the accompanying materials, must be on file with the Graduate Studies Support Services Office.

Campus-based financial aid is awarded to admitted, eligible graduate students on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.

For additional information on financial aid not covered here, including student loans, contact The Evergreen State College Financial Aid Office (Library 1218, 360-867-6205).
