Accession number + Roman numeral in sequential order enumerating the volume or box number in sequential order followed by a  “.” (period) then the page or file folder number, then a “-“(dash) and a sequential image number beginning with 01.

The Volume/Box number and/or page number is left off if there is only one of either in the accession.
