PLEASE NOTE:

• Every week may have a slightly different schedule. This schedule does not include the time you will have to spend rehearsing (see Ms. Jacinta McKoy for space reservations) or making puppets for your projects.
• Please review this schedule carefully. If there is ANY event that you will not be able to attend due to a religious holiday or other well-justified reason, you MUST tell your faculty immediately.
• If you plan to miss ANY program activity please arrange to make-up the work with your faculty BEFORE the event's date.
• Participation in program activities indicates acceptance of covenant. (Print one from this site or get one from Ariel if you have not signed one).
• People not present at our first meeting will forfeit their place in the program if other interested people are in attendance.
• Our ONE TIME ONLY problem-solving session for administrative issues happens right after the first Meeting on TUE of week 1.See below.
• - Other administrative problems may be solved during scheduled drop-in office hours only or through the Program Secretary.

Evaluation Week --- Dec. 16 - 19 - See Covenant

Self-evaluations AND Faculty evaluation (revised on official form) due at conference time. Both must be presented on time. The Student Evaluation of Faculty may be presented to the program secretary or to me. YOUR PRESENCE AT THE EVALUATION CONFERENCE IS REQUIRED.

PLEASE-- Please bring a diskette with the evaluations saved on it to your conference. You will be asked to make the appropiate changes, if needed, right after the conference. After you update your evaluations and present them to your faculty, ONLY THEN your work is done!!!

PLease remember that you have two options for presenting your evaluations of faculty: You can present them to the program secretary or you can bring them to your evaluation conference to Ariel then. Both options are good. The only option that is not good is not writing one. Thank you!

NOTE: The Computer Center is very busy at the end of the quarter. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WORK FOR THE LAST MINUTE!!!!
