The end of each quarter is a useful time to reflect on the programme and how it was been taught. Please comment on the following topics, indicating any strengths and weaknesses and identifying any teaching strategies that helped or hindered your learning. Please give some thought to your comments, as they will help us adapt the course to your needs. Please write additional comments on the back of this sheet.

If you are leaving the program please write a formal evaluation using this sheet as a guide.
