Resources on Entrepreneurship

There are a vast number of books, magazines, journals and web sites devoted to management and entrepreneurship. As the program progresses we will add to this section of our site.

Web sites

www.entreworld.org. This is the site of the Kaufman Center on Entrepreneurial Leadership. It has a huge database and an excellent set of links to other websites on the subject.

startupjournal.com. This is a service of the Wall Street Journal that caters to small business start ups. It has a portion of the WSJ content that is normally only available through its subscription site.

startups.com. Another site with useful information on how to start a business.

hoovers.com. One of the premier sites on business and management on the net.

http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml. This is the URL for the SEC's EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval) system. EDGAR is a powerful resource that enables investors to have access to reports filed with the SEC by publicly traded companies. If you haven't used it before, work through the quick tutorial first.
