8.  Be able to name the Erickson's stage and conflict mot relevant to middle school students and specific classroom strategies to meet this devlopmental stage.

9.  Be able to accurately identify and list specific cognitive, emotional and social needs of transescents.

10.  Be able to articulate specifics of middle school philosophy (structures, schedule, curriculum, teachers) and how these specifics meet the needs (physical, social, emotional, moral, and cognitive) of middle school students.
