ART HISTORY FINAL EXAM GUIDE

This selection of images from Lisa's two art history lectures (Paleolithic - Pop) is provided to help you study for the art questions on the final exam. The Exam will be a no-notes/no text exam.

I. The exam questions may ask you to identify some of the images featured below. Identification includes:
Title of the work
Artist (if known)
Year of Execution (correct answers must be within10 years of the correct anwer, i.e. if the correct answer is 1863, 1853 - 1873 will be accepted as correct)

II. You may be asked to fill in parts of the historic time lines discussed in class and available on the Assignments page.

III. You may be asked to discuss the characteristics of a particular movement or style (i.e., post-impressionism)
