Arts, Environment and the Child: Walking the Wheel of the Seasons

Stephanie Nuñez

Well, I'm still 22 years old and I am still a very busy person. I am a returning student to this program. This is my last full quarter here at Evergreen and I am excited to be graduating in June. I have been the first in my family with a college degree and again the first with a four year degree. My husband came home from Iraq in December and we will be travelling to the Dominican Republic in late March. I have never been out of the country so this is a big thing for me.

Right now I am of course, in this program and also taking the Principles of Economics and doing a 4 credit independent contract for Pacific Northwest History. I work here at the college at the child care center and I like it a lot. I am volunteering in my nephews' classes during the week as well. They keep me very busy. Every Wednesday I have two of my nephews and we have a lot of fun. The little one will be a year old next month and his older brother will be 6 in April. In my free time......just forget that one there really is none. I do homework. So I am really looking forward to my trip in March. If anyone has any questions about the program or anything else, feel free to ask or email me.
