Portfolio Checklist

You will be handing in your completed portfolio at our last class on Saturday, February 18th. Please put the following in an envelope or box for review:

• 10-20 slides labeled with appropriate information and contained in a plastic slide sheet
• Slide Description Sheet
• Artist statement
• Artist resume
• application material for one opportunity
• CD with images, numbered in correspondence with slide sheet (jpg format at 72 ppi)
• self-evaluation and faculty evaluation

Please bring a potluck item of your choice as well!
