Paul Porter lives in Seattle where he works as a social worker by day and a musician at night, performing as a singer/songwriter solo and with his backup band. Currently he is also a full time student at Evergreen State College.
Dead Plants - The poem's first draft was entirely different, it was simply about plants--dead ones. Then, somehow, it evolved into a particluar historical event that involved humans--dead ones.
