HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS
There is cabin-style housing that sleep about 8 people each. They are heated and have electrical outlets. Bathrooms are located in each of the main cabin areas. One will be for men, one for women. They include showers. Make arrangements to share a cabin with people that you will feel comfortable living around for two days. You may pitch a tent on the lawn near the cabins, but you may not camp outside of that area.

ACTIVITIES AT THE RETREAT: When we first arrive, we will get settled in our room accommodations, then meet for a presentation about leadership and team building. You can eat your sack lunches after this first event. EVERYONE must attend this session as we will also do the camp orientation. During our stay, we will have rotating workshops in African music/dance and meditation techniques. We will also have our seminar on the week's readings – bring your seminar questions and statements. Morning yoga practices, etc., will be provided by Cynthia, but we don’t have mats for you. You can check one out from the CRC. There will also be some free time to enjoy the camp facilities including, swimming (burrrrr...), boating, walks, etc.

KITCHEN DUTIES: We will be doing our own cooking and we will be providing all of the meals (vegetarian). Please take into account that there will be about 50 of us, and any extra tidiness will be appreciated. When we get to the camp, Terry will post a list of workshop groups (these are the same as for the kitchen and clean-up duties). You can check the schedule at any time to see what you are supposed to be doing.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: The phone number for the camp ranger is online.
Terry’s Cell phone is (360) 888-8586
