To join the tescsingers list via the web:

  1. Go to http://www.evergreen.edu/lists/
  2. Scroll down and locate the Evergreen Singers list under “Program Lists” (the middle column) and click on the “subscribe” button to the right.
  3. Enter your email address and name.  Click “subscribe.”
  4. Click OK.
  5. Go to/Open your email inbox.
  6. Open new message from Evergreen Singers Lyris ListManager.
  7. Click Reply and Send.  You will receive a confirmation

Repertoire for  2009-10:

The Evergreen Singers pick a different theme, composer, or musical style each quarter.

  • Fall 2009: a joint concert with Evergreen’s experimental vocal trio ensemble obtuse under the title “Sounds Escape”.
  • Winter 2009: in a joint concert with the Seattle Labor Chorus, we will celebrate International Women’s Day and the centenary of women’s suffrage in Washington State.
  • Spring 2009: We will learn and practice shape-note singing, an American folk choral tradition, and host the first Olympia All-Day Singing
