Our class meetings are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week.

Week One:
Mon 9/26 am – Program introductions (all faculty)

Week Two:
Mon 10/3 am – Field trip to downtown Olympia: Workshop on Sound Mapping. MEET at the downtown Heritage Park Fountain at 10 am, complete morning activities, meet back at the fountain at 11:30 am.
Mon 10/3 pm – Continued field trip downtown: Workshop on Making Place. Meet back at the fountain at 3:30 pm.

Tues 10/4 am – Reporting out on field trip. Workshop: Percussion and Rhythms (Sean)
Tues 10/4 pm – Forest Observation exercise (Heather). NOTE: longer class time (class extends to 3:30 pm).

Wed 10/5 am – Forest Observation, part 2: Hypothesis Generation (Heather). NOTE: Read “Strong Inference,” which is available on the Moodle site.

Week Three:

Note: We do not meet during Thanksgiving Week! You are free to go home or to stay here and catch up on your work. Be sure to be back on Sunday the 27th to be on time Monday morning.
