Evaluations: tips for using technology to make writing them easier

As a critical part of any Evergreen faculty work, writing evaluations is as time-consuming as it is important.  Your colleagues leverage all sorts of different strategies for writing evaluations using all sorts of technologies.  What are the technologies you most rely on both writing evaluations and in preparing to write your evaluations?  How do you keep track of your students work (and your comments on their work) throughout the quarter?  Are there ways that some of these technologies could be integrated to make this work better?
