Continuation of “Third World Bicentennial” series. Tape contains
footage of unknown black man speaking to an audience, forum in TESC lecture
hall consisting of Native and African American speakers, and footage of gallery
and classrooms at TESC. Film contains no audio throughout, has two breaks
in tape near the end.
