Summer 2012 quarter
- Faculty
- Laurance Geri public administration
- Description
-
As we approach another Presidential election, US energy policy is more unsettled and more politicized than at any time since the oil shocks of the 1970s. This course will examine how public policy in the energy sector is crafted in the U.S. and other countries. We will also explore the many dimensions of energy including sources; technologies; the operation of energy markets; and the economic, social, national security, and environmental implications of energy use.
