Description

In today's rapidly changing business climate, managers are held accountable for the success of their organizations. Furthermore, they are being asked and even mandated to report their progress using hard data on regular basis.  Building high performance organizations to drive long-term success requires employee and team engagement, commitment, and productivity.  In this course students will be introduced to the performance management discipline and organizational behavior as the foundations of high performing individuals, groups, and organizations.
