Social enterprises, commonly known as non-profit organizations, are growth engines for social transformation and community building. This program aims to develop business competencies to operate social enterprises in a manner that is economically, financially, and socially sustainable. Specifically, the program will focus on organizational and financial development in fall quarter, moving to human resource management and quantitative business analysis in winter, and covering communications, marketing, and international business competencies in spring. This program is for students with strong interest in business economics, organization development, human resource management, leadership, and community-building.
