- Description
- This program is designed for students who want to study environmental issues through Spanish and vice versa . Spanish vocabulary and grammar will be learned through content related to the field of environmental studies, and skills will be honed through activities carried out in Spanish specially designed to understand, analyze, and integrate environmental studies content. Workshops, lectures, and group activities will be conducted mostly in Spanish. Field activities such as biodiversity measurements, water analyses, etc., will be also conducted in Spanish—training students in both Spanish and environmental sciences. A three-day field trip is planned to serve as an immersion experience for improving Spanish and practicing hands-on environmental work.
