    DESCRIPTION: This field school will center studies in the City of Córdoba, State of Veracruz. Cultural studies in their natural environment will be undertaken. Visits to villages, towns and cities, including the capital City of Xalapa, in the State of Veracruz are planned. Also, meetings and discussion with government officials, members of the intellectual communities, business people, grass roots organizations, and various ethnic groups will be held. Student will have the opportunity to choose their own projects to be selected from the activities listed above. Spanish language is not required since the program includes a Conversational Spanish segment.
