Something that had the person identify something about themselves as a sign on. I don't mean a privacy invasion - but something that collects statistics like employed/inemployed, computer at home, new user, male/female. Not names or any other kind of identifier but something that would force the collection of the statistics we all need for proposals. It would need to run on a network from a server. Maybe this is fantasy, I don't know.
