We also need to know how many invitations you would personally like to have to send to your own friends, family etc. I don't need addresses, you will be responsible for mailing them, I just need a count. If you don't let us know how many you need we may not have enough flyers to give you any for personal use.

We also need each group to make sure your web pages are updated and reflect what you would like said about your project on our program for the fair. Make sure your group member list is accurate and that your description is the way you want it. It is also important that your web pages look good because prospective employers will probably be visiting them. Thankyou for your help.

I would like to thank you for all your responses so far. But I have another request. When I wrote the original letter I requested addresses if you could. Well, I have been sent lots of suggestions but no addresses. I am afraid that the work load for one or two people will simply be too much if we have to research addresses for all the suggestions. So I need to amend my first letter and say I need the physical addresses or a web sight (so we can easily get street addresses) for any company you would like to see at the software fair. I know you are all REALLY busy and I appreciate your help. We are on such a tight time frame for these invitations that this seems to be the only practical way to go about this. Thanks
