Web Design - Summer Session I

Course Feedback and Faculty Evaluation

If you did not complete this form at the last class (July 21) please print out a hardcopy , fill it out, and return it to
Judy Cushing, LAB I.
Thank you!

Normally, at Evergreen students are required to write narrative evaluations of faculty› and self evaluations.› For a 2-credit summer session course, informal feedback seems to make more sense.› Of course, a narrative evaluation would be welcome, if yo wish to do one in lieu of or in addition to completing this form.› You may also complete a narrative self evaluation that will be filed with JudyŪs evaluation of your work.

Thanks to everyone for their energy and enthusiasm!› I learned alot from you and wish you all žhappy web trailsÓ.

Did the course meet your expectations?

If not, what were you expecting that we didnŪt do (or what werenŪt you expecting that we did do)?

What would you suggest in terms of additional content?

What could have been left out, that we included?

Was the lab equipment adequate?› If not, what could be done to improve the situation?

What one or two things about JudyŪs teaching were helpful?
