Bring to your eval conference:

your portfolio (read these guidelines again, please)
evals of yourself (in first person ["I worked hard..."] and third person ["she worked hard..."] )

two hardcopies of each- one for me and one for your porftolio
also as Microsoft Word documents, preferably in the ASTRO folder on MASU in the CAL (or on a virus-free! PC disk)
have your research partner read and sign your self-eval, with comments if they like
remember to hand in your eval of your partner Monday by noon.

hardcopy evals of faculty (and support staff, if you like).
Don't bother with official forms for self evals - Pam Udovich will put final Word documents into the forms for us.

Get at your eval conference:

Monday 31.May	Tuesday 1.June	Wednesday 2.June	Thursday 3.June	Friday 4.June

NOON: final research reports due in box outside Lab I Rm 1020 (Pam's office) Also turn in your observing journal, flagging pages with research observations Write a one-paragraph eval of your research partner's work this quarter. FINAL EVAL CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

These are 20 minute meetings, so arrive PREPARED and ON TIME (or early).

I will take 10 mintues after each meeting to polish final evals.

Please come right in at your appointed time (don't be shy and wait for me to call you in).
