    Meet Susan Bustetter in the GCC for your first MANDATORY Web Authoring workshop. 

    Susan will give you a home page and help you learn to customize it.

    Project proposals due at noon:  rewrite your one-page paper from yesterday, and include a discussion of what you intend to observe.

    • Bring research proposals for a 5-minute conference with each team.
    • fill out a workshop report

    • Write a one-page paper on your research project:  the basics of modern scientific understanding of the phenomenon, and a paragraph or two about how another culture understood it.
    • Read it aloud in class, and give each other feedback on clarity and meaning.
    • Rewrite it to turn in tomorrow.

    Copy your project proposal to your web page, and send your URL to Zita in an email message.  Work with classmates in the computer center or CAL so you can help each other.
