Unlike
the great manifestos of the past, ours is more a formal credo of what
will be our aims in collegiate conquests. We are divided into four
equal parts, each dedicated to modern mythology, brought together
to explore the connections between the real and the conceptual. Josh
finds his comfort in the existential dilemma, a prodigy of Sysiphus.
Kitty uses the fictional narrative of the realist genre for escapist
means. John finds what true life is lackingthe poetic, the lyrical,
and metaphorin the neo-realist school. Tavia strives to create
reality through the multiplication of a singular portion. Through
the power of mass she tries to explode the ordinary aspects of the
everyday. Our goal is perhaps to fully understand the true meaning
of "the goal". Combined, we are a force that cannot and
will not be penetrated.
