Your goal is to pull all the materials together in a reflection on the leader, their effectiveness, morality and ethical underpinnings.  This means use of Text in the broadest sense (lectures, reflections, books, articles, speakers, seminars and outside research, etc.)  You need not agree as a team, this class is about self reflection so most likely there will be a broad range of interpretations.  Please describe the differences in your summations and where you have derived your lense, frame.... ethical constructs.  Looking forward to hearing all of the teams, Joan
