What are the active ingredients? What plant constituents were the active ingredients originally derived from? Compare/ Contrast the actions of the plant constituent to the synthetically derived chemical.

Does it have any side effects? What are they?

Contraindications for using this medication: Who should not take this medication? [Include ages, conditions or other medication use] What would be the ramifications?

How is this medication administered? Indicate the different ways.
