In November many traditional cultures celebrate return of the rains and the transition into winter. November 15 is also the traditional Taoist and Buddhist festival honoring the water principle.

Our goal is to honor and celebrate water, our region, and the people that are living here.

Admission is free, however, do bring money for lunch.
