protractor scissors set of colored pencils/pens

tape 3 meters of string sharpies(permanent markers-various colors)

ruler(s) safety glasses* 3 lab notebooks**

* Safety glasses are no longer available to purchase from lab stores. They can be found in the campus bookstore. Take some time and find a pair that is comfortable for you.

** Lab notebooks should have a sturdy cover and paper; the pages MUST be sewn in. Composition books would be fine. A formal (expensive) lab notebook is not required. Loose-leaf paper is not acceptable.
