Assignments:

Each student will choose a division of the rehabilitation system and arrange an interview and site visit with a qualified provider in the community.  As part of this process, the student will formulate a set of interview questions that focus on the background/education of the rehabilitation professional, and their role as part of a rehabilitation team.

Medical Terminology: there will be weekly terms that will be used in the classroom. it is the expectation, that each student will learn these words/terms and be familiar with them.  Knowledge of these terms will be tested in biweekly quizzes.
PEER TEACHING OF A SELECTED GROUP OF MEDICATIONS.  Working independently and in a small group, each student will research a type of medication [ie anti-inflammatory, antidepressant] and will teach peers of their findings.  Additional information will be distributed week 2. Failure to complete this project will result in loss of credit.
