I will be chatting with Chicago affiliates this week and the 100 sites we are developing here and I think what we will want to do is develop a linked jobs/skills database application that has both dial-up and web capacity. I have a schematic on the technical aspects of the project, including searching and e-mail resume capacities, multi-user entry, etc. that we can discuss this week.
