This half time program will be offered fall and winter quarters.  Classes meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings 6 - 10 pm with several Saturday Labs.

Fundamentals of General , Organic & Biological Chemistry 4th ed [with solution  manual] by McMurry & Castellion  isbn= 0131387561  prentice hall publishers
Perspectives in Nutrition 6th ed by Wardlaw, Hampl & DiDilvestro  isbn = 0-07-292163-3  mcgraw hill publishers
[If you own, or can borrow a different nutrition text - that was published within the past 5 years, that would be an acceptable & cost effective option]
