    1. your reaction to the amount of energy expended.
    2. did any single activity [address all] surprise you as to its caloric use?

Compare the energy expended to the actual energy ingested through the diet diary completed last week. Are you in the ‘ballpark’ as to energy in/energy out?? If you are trying to change your weight, are you taking in the right proportion of kcals to achieve your goals? [its recommended to lose weight to restrict or expend 500 kcals/day and if you are trying to gain weight to increase kcals by no more than 500 kcals/day]
  1. What if you were to average the energy expended, does that affect your energy balance much?? How?
  1. To achieve energy /weight goals, what might you be able to change in either your eating or activity behavior? If you are satisfied with how you are doing – please state.
