Evergreen Supreme Court Announces Docket for 2004 Fall Term

October 10, 2004, the Second Monday of October and World Indigenous Peoples' Day, the Evergreen Supreme Court granted a writ of certiorari in five cases. Oral arguments before the Court are scheduled on December 6 and 8, 2004. The Court docket, calendar and case synopses can be accessed through the DOCKET link at the left.

For summaries of the cases as well as the names of the co-counsel who have been assigned to each case, click on the CASES links to the left. This is a Word (.doc) files. An HTML version can be found by following the ISSUES links on the Evergreen Supreme Court website.
