This document is a chronologically organized description of the startup
of Sustainability House. It was written to inform Sustainability House leaders
of important priorities at the outset of Sustainability House.

A major portion of the work done was to codify the organizational and communication
structure between residents within the sustainability dorm and between residents
and housing adminstration. This restructuring creates a method for housing adminstrators
and residents to co-develop programs to improve on-campus housing.
