• Chocolate Chilies and Coconuts: Join us for a salon-style gathering to experience the culture, food, and medicine of Western Mexico. Explore with us the authentic foods, nutrition and the hidden history, politics, and shifting regional boundaries and geographies of Mexico. This three hour "taste" was for many years the subject of a week long culinary seminar offered by Leslie Korn and Rudolph Ryser at their retreat center, Casa Xipe Totec in Mexico, featured in Organic Style Magazine, Feb 2000 and Cooking in Paradise: Culinary Vacations around the world, 2001.
