Welcome to the Ethnic and Local Foods of the Pacific Northwest Web-Site. Please feel free to look around this site. This site was created by students enrolled at Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. The mission here is to offer resources and information for ethnic and local food systems in the pacific northwest. This site was created by a team of members for the Ethnic Food Systems of the Pacific Northwest program. The following group memebers include: Angela Holley, Chelsea Becker, Irene Bixler, Jeff Mocniak, Max Marshak, Mike Long, Tia Tyler, and Young Moon.
