Evaluations
An evaluation conference during week 11 of the quarter is required before you can receive credit.
Evaluation appointments will only be rescheduled in the case of extreme extenuating circumstances.
At your evaluation conference, you are required to submit a self evaluation and faculty evaluation.
Credit will not be awarded until all evaluations by the student are complete.
