Hola! Que pasa?      General plans in progress for Patients:

Read: Pedagogy of the Oppressed, What it means to be human, Daily life in the Inca Empire, and The Long Ranger
and Tonto fist-fighting in heaven. Will read: Native American Testimonies, One Hundred Years of Solitude, and
Multiple Intelligence, Broad and Alien are the World, and A.C.T. (All before January).

Peru Travel Plans: Working on Pre-Departure list and waiver, renewal of passport, shots, ticket, insurance, and
deposit. Also contemplating on my main interest during travels, i.e. native sovereignty, agriculture, community
and education. I’m also presently learning Spanish with a group twice a week at home.

Also in the process: I’m presently working with a program in Seattle (part time) called S.N.A.C. (Seattle Nutrition
Action Consortium) in community nutrition and health education and in nutritional gardening at local public
schools. I’m also planning to volunteer for Earth Service Corps soon assisting the outreach and helping to develop
new partnerships with teens and the community in environmental education, cross-cultural awareness and
agriculture, leadership development and nutritional gardening as well.

My main interest so far in this program is centered on native sovereignty along side with alternative education,
i.e. Bloom’s Taxonomy and the theory of. Its been quite interesting so far!

I’m open to new ideas and thoughts along the way!
Gracias,
