2/3 vote recommended general consensus but what can be delegated will be to make use of time, get things done easily

-suggests parliamentary model to prevent round about discussion
-consensus for two weeks: agreed
-voted to accept amendment to program covenant-
faculty and students will: accommodate students with disabilities
-goals form committee to make specific purposely oven how to run meetings
