Suggestion to have separate the class into two small groups. One can visit one place while the other group at another then switch
Potluck update:

Schedule 9-10am >> triads meeting
10-12pm >>seminar
12-30- whenever >>potluck and a movie (Chinatown)
Bring whatever you want but label the ingredients
Attendance:
Discuss back and forth whether attendance is required at the governance and how attendance should be handle.
Topics came up are:
* dont need to report to faculties,
*continue passing the paper around and sign in,
*liaison report the faculty by number of body rather then specific individual,
*triad do the reporting,
*headcount,
*its part of participation and evaluation,
* need clarification.
CONSENSUS: continue with the signing on the piece of paper and will need more clarification from the faculties.
