Hi, I am a Red Cross Volunteer and have gone on many National calls to work with Hurricane victims.Because of school I was not able to help with the "Katrina" victims. Last year in 2004 I did go to Virginia and Florida to help with the victims of Hurricane Ivan and Charley. I have been with the Red Cross for 11 years. My goal is to become an international relief worker. I would love to work with children overseas. I am excited about working with the children on our school project. I have chosen to work with pre-school children on an art project at Gateway Christian Pre-School. This should be a very rewarding experience. I am also working on another project at the Peterson Garden on the Skokomish Indian Reservation. I am looking foward to this planting adventure and all that I will learn in AEC.
