Hi everyone. This is my second quarter continiuing with Art, Environment and the Child. I am really enjoying learning about education and medicinal plants. This is my last year at Evergreen and I hope to find my passion working with children and nature. Last quarter I did my observations at the Flower Child Day Care. This is a Day Care taught by a woman named Sarah Bear. She teaches out of her home and has a wonderful teaching style. She serves the children all organic food, cooks with them, sings songs about the earth and instills their creativity and love for nature. This is the kind of education that I hope to teach to kids in the future. I love being around children and would love to be a positive influence on a childs life.
