Healing Gardens

I am very excited for next quarter because I hear that we get to start planning our own garden.  If I can garden, anyone can.  I don’t think I have a super green thumb, but my husband does.  Living things love him.  He has a gentle, healing touch and I think both the plants and animals love that.  He also has more patience than I with plants.  I just have too much going on.  I don’t kill them though.   I can’t wait to see what we come up with.  The spiral medicinal rock gardens look interesting!  Some people say that they have brown thumbs and think that whatever they touch is going to die.    I think anyone can garden with the right tools and knowledge.  You just need to not overload yourself.  Actually, if you consider taking care of our bodies, minds, and spirits – everyone is a gardener.
