Project Theme/Subject
I'm interested in the controversy surrounding cryogenically frozen embryos. These embryos usually consist of 4-9 cells and can be implanted up to 9 years after being frozen to produce a live birth. The legal status of these embryos (their ability to inherate property) and whether they can be considered "individuals" and "human" at such an early stage in development are all issues embroiled in this relatively new technology and are worth looking in to.
